Monday, 15th December – Thanksgiving for Preservation
Scripture: Psalm 124:1–2
Father, we thank You for preserving our lives from January till now. Thank You for the battles You fought that we never saw, the dangers You diverted, and the troubles You did not permit to reach us. If You had not been on our side, we would not have made it this far. We return all the glory to You, Lord, for Your hand of preservation over us and our households, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Tuesday, 16th December – Thanksgiving for Provision
Scripture: Philippians 4:19
Lord, we thank You because You supplied all our needs according to Your riches in glory. Even when resources were limited, You made a way. You fed us, clothed us, sustained us, and did not allow us to beg for bread. Thank You for daily bread, unexpected help, and timely provision. We are grateful, Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Wednesday, 17th December – Thanksgiving for Victory
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:57
Father, we thank You for every victory we recorded this year—victory over sickness, fear, shame, loss, and delay. Thank You because the enemy did not prevail over us. Thank You for turning battles into testimonies and trials into triumphs. We give You praise for making us more than conquerors, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Thursday, 18th December – Thanksgiving for Guidance and Direction
Scripture: Proverbs 3:5–6
Lord, we thank You for ordering our steps throughout this year. Thank You for the decisions You guided, the mistakes You prevented, and the paths You redirected. When we were confused, You gave us clarity. When we were unsure, You showed us the way. We are grateful for Your wisdom and leading, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Friday, 19th December – Thanksgiving for Grace and Mercy
Scripture: Lamentations 3:22–23
Father, we thank You for Your mercy that kept speaking for us. Thank You because we were not consumed despite our weaknesses. Your grace carried us when strength failed, and Your mercy covered us when we fell short. We thank You for forgiveness, restoration, and fresh beginnings throughout the year, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Saturday, 20th December – Thanksgiving for Completion and Hope
Scripture: Psalm 65:11
Lord, we thank You for crowning our year with goodness. Thank You because You have helped us reach the end of this year standing, hopeful, and expectant. We bless You for what You have done, what You are doing, and what You will yet do. As we prepare to step into a new season, we give You all the praise, honor, and glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
